RETURNS & REFUNDS

All 9to5 Vintage items are pre-owned, one of a kind and sold as final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges except If an item significantly differs from its description or has a major undisclosed flaw or is from 9 to 5 vintage's own collection. 

Please carefully check all photos, measurements, condition notes and product details before placing your order.

VINTAGE CONDITION

All our pieces are pre-owned and may show signs of previous wear. This is part of the nature and character of vintage clothing.

We carefully inspect every item and aim to photograph and/or mention noticeable imperfections. Signs of wear or characteristics that were clearly shown or described before purchase are not considered defects.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If you receive an incorrect item or your item materially differs from its description or an item from 9 to 5 vintage's own collection, please contact hello@9to5vintage.com with your order number and clear photos within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where a refund is required, it will be issued to the original payment method.
